This daffodil make me stop and go get my camera. It was a perfectly nice sunny afternoon, but the sunlight was shining directly behind and through this single flower turning it into a blinding light.

May Day has many meanings, but for me it is also my dog’s birthday. Eight years old today, enjoying the green grass of spring. He gets me out, even on days I’d rather stay home, and we always end up having fun. Good Boy, Theo.
