The Hoover Dam Bypass bridge was finished today. When I was in Nevada in April, they were in the process of building it – just looking at the bridge from far away and below gave me a bad case of vertigo. To give you some scale, look at the men working on the bridge. I don’t think I’ll ever drive over it.

What a frightening place to work! Do you have a picture of the whole bridge?
If you click on the link, I think Wikipedia has one. To get the whole view once would need to have a very wide angle lens and shoot it from a helicopter. I was fascinated by the little specs that turned out to be people – yikes what a job.
They certainly deserve all the wage they get for that job.
Oh yes they do. Not the job for me.
