Many wild areas still look a little wintry. Quite the thorns on this one.

This is a beautiful shot of an unlikely subject. You have such a great knack of capturing small moments of wonder. Your observation and style of photography capture this so well. There is something of a rhythm in the rambling weaving twigs. The larger branch appears to be slicing through with great purpose and authority. The softness afforded by the shallow depth of field allows us to see the beauty and not simply scary thorns! I will be looking at brambles with a bit more interest now… Cheers, Mr C 🙂
