It warmed up some yesterday, enough to enjoy being out in the fog. Out of curiosity, I enlarged the image 4:1 to see if anyone was in the watchtower and no one was, but we can pretend it was someone’s duty to watch the foggy city. This is from the same place as Stop but shot higher, a week later in different conditions.

Every city seems to have a certain color scheme. For Minneapolis, it’s light stone and lots of blue. This is a detail of a bridge over the Mississippi with a blue glass building backdrop.

Claustrophobia

I am a person who likes to spend a lot of time outside. Even though I am hugely grateful for air conditioning, spending so much time inside in darkened closed spaces is driving me bonkers. I’ve also been checking the news too often. I took my dog for a short walk when the sun was setting and temps were still above 90 degrees. Maybe my recent feeling of claustrophobia is why I have been taking photos of barriers lately.
