After two weeks without a proper photo walk and a week without sun, I was happy when the sun peeked out to shine upon the beginnings of autumn.

And bright as can be. The sun came out for a minute the other day to illuminate the blanket of pine needles on the ground and create interesting shadows. It’s hard to go back to reality today.

While the sea was a blue green, in the portion where the sun was shining, the water turned an icy white with aqua undertones.

It’s cooled off for a day, so I was able to go for a long walk by the river for the first time in about a week. I came home to my begonia ablaze with sunlight.
