My neighbor’s tulips remind me of peonies. Spring has been exploding around here and yet, I haven’t been taking many photos. House repairs, work, always energetic dog, gardening, decisions to be made, and my pursuit of trying to learn watercolors have taken over, but trust me, I am enjoying every flower and flowering tree I see.

I actually pulled over, rolled down my window, and shot this with my phone. Wondering if after the tulips all die that this will become a rock garden or are there surprises under there? I’ll have to go check someday.
