I don’t know the name of this little bloom, but in case you are interested all of the minis, except the plumbago, are from mixed seed packets from Botanical Interests. They appear to only ship within the USA.
Update: This is a linear leaf snapdragon, also known as weasel’s snout.

There’s an app called Picture This which is a plant identifier app – I used a couple of times and it seems to be accurate. It’s free and all you do is open the app and take a picture of whatever plant you need identified.
I was thinking of trying that app. Maybe I will now.
I’m not sure what it is either but it’s very pretty.
