Close up of Alder male catkins. Used for my ‘perpetual sketchbook’. If you would like to see what I have done so far, please visit (and follow) https://www.instagram.com/wiles_nature/ and remember that I am very new to watercolors.
I’d love to see your watercolours but sadly I’m not subscribed to instagram or facebook so viewing as an outsider is not permitted! I think it was in the middle of the pandemic that Instagram changed it’s rules but it’s quirky. Sometimes I am able to view instagram pages and then other times I’m denied access and I have no understanding why this happens. I will try your instagram page another day to see if I can sneak a look… 🙂
I’m sorry. I didn’t know. I guess I was logged in when I copied the link. Maybe I could post some of the images on this blog, but it took a lot of courage to even post the link.
No worries. I think the issue about being able to see or not while not a member of Instagram is hit and miss. I understand about posting artwork. It calls upon different skills and different challenges than photography.
I have a friend who paints watercolours. Her artwork is no doubt very different from your own. Often urban scenes which tend to feature a lot of dogs and I know you are a dog lover 🙂
Below is a link to her WordPress site in case you are interested to take a look. I think she updates her Facebook page more often than WordPress.

Best wishes 🙂
Yes, very different work, but you know I love all things DOG.
I’ve just had a look at your Instagram page and your work is wonderful! I don’t have an account with Instagram or facebook either but I learned a way of viewing instagram posts by right-clicking on an image and opening each one in a new tab. That way, one can view posts.
Thank you, Ms. M. I have a long way to go with mastering watercolor. I’m glad you figured out a way to see them.
